Our specialized laboratory personnel perform meticulous work in our various departments: production, quality assurance, quality control, and research and development.
Production
A team of technologists and operators work to prepare the Bio-K+ CL1285® product, from raw materials to packing the finished product. The production department also orders raw materials and coordinates the purchase of equipment and maintenance products. Close collaboration between employees of the department and that of quality assurance ensure continuity in the quality of the finished product.
Moreover, constant efforts are made to improve the manufacturing processes, increase productivity and reduce costs. The production department is also responsible for the integration and maintenance of new production equipment.
Quality Control
Our specialized personnel analyze different parameters and ensure the quality of the finished product by executing microbiological and physico-chemical analyses such as air quality, surface quality and water quality. A rigorous control by an external laboratory and regular audits by specialized companies guarantee our quality.
Quality Assurance
This department is responsible for verifying and guaranteeing that the manufactured product respects good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Research and Development
Researchers look after developing new products, developing new techniques for the laboratory, as well as improving manufacturing processes.
