Shipping Policy

The order will be prepared as soon as possible after we receive acceptance of your order and confirmation of payment. Depending on the selected shipping option, the destination and the products availability, shipping time may vary from 2 to 10 business days.

The products ordered are considered to be the buyer's responsibility at the time they are given from Bio-K Plus International to the transport company (FOB - Origin)
Despite all efforts and precautions we put in picking and packing our product, if the product arrives in poor condition, you must notify Bio-K Plus International within 48 hours upon receipt of the product. After this period, we could not be held responsible for any damage to the product.

In the unfortunate event that you would have received the product in poor condition, Bio-K Plus International will reship the same product for you or will send you a monetary compensation that cannot exceed the amount paid, less shipping charges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Bio-K Plus product you purchased, send us back the product and we will refund you the unused portion less shipping. The buyer must pay the shipping to send us back the product.
