Who can take Regular Probiotic Capsules ?

They are suitable for all ages from 12 month old infants to seniors, provided they can swallow the capsule.

Each enteric coated capsule contains : a formula with a minimum of 12,5 billion L. acidophilus CL1285® & L. casei LBC80R®.

What is the best time of day to take Regular Probiotic Capsules ?

Any time of the day is fine. If you are taking antibiotics, physicians and healthcare professionals recommend waiting for 2 hours before taking your Bio-K+.

Consumption

The suggested daily consumption of Regular Bio-K+® capsules is one or two per day.

Caution and warning: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
