They are suitable for all ages from 12 month old infants to seniors, provided they can swallow the capsule

Each enteric coated capsule contains: a formula with a minimum of 50 billion L. acidophilus CL1285® & L. casei LBC80R®

What is the best time of day to take Extra Strength Probiotic Capsules ?

Any time of the day is fine. If you are taking antibiotics, physicians and healthcare professionals recommend waiting for 2 hours before taking your Bio-K+® .

Consumption

The suggested daily consumption of EXTRA STRENGHT Bio-K+® capsules is one or two per day.
