ELIGIBILITY TO THE CONTEST The contest is open to Quebec residents.  Participants must be 18 years of age at the date of the draw, on December 21st 2011 at 16h00 (EST).  Bio-K+ full and part time employees, as well as their family members are not eligible to participate to the contest.   

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER The winner will be contacted by e-mail and will be required to show proof of his identity to claim the prize, a check of $500. The winner will have until January 21, 2012 to get in contact with Bio-K+ International Inc.  If the winner fails to do so before January 21, 2012, another name will be selected and announced.
